Twicsy Review & Best Alternative: UpGrow
UpGrow is the best Twicsy alternative because its followers carry an auto-refill warranty from the entry tier up, while Twicsy lists 30-day refills only on its pricier Active and VIP tiers. Headline prices are the same on both, and Twicsy's terms limit it to personal, non-commercial use.
What is Twicsy?
Twicsy sells one-time packages of Instagram followers, likes, views and comments, along with TikTok and YouTube services. You order with a username or post link and no password; delivery begins once the order is confirmed and most packages finish within 24 hours. Instagram likes start at $1.99 for 50, and 1,000 High Quality followers cost $14.99, with Active followers at $22.99 and VIP at $39.99 per 1,000. A free trial gives 10 likes every 24 hours to public accounts. Its terms name Last Page Ltd. of Cyprus as the provider.

Our Twicsy review: the verdict
Twicsy gets the basics right for casual buyers. Ordering takes a username or link, delivery begins on confirmation and usually finishes within a day, prices start low, and a free trial of 10 likes lets you test it every 24 hours. Its weaknesses sit in the tiers and terms: refills appear only on the Active and VIP follower tiers, targeting only on VIP, delivered orders cannot be refunded, and the terms say delivered numbers are not guaranteed and ban commercial use. It shares an operator, Last Page Ltd., with Buzzoid. For personal accounts it is a reasonable option; for refill cover at the entry tier or business use, UpGrow is the better choice.
Twicsy pros
- No password needed; a username or post link is enough
- Most packages complete within 24 hours
- Free trial of 10 Instagram likes, repeatable every 24 hours
- Low entry prices: $1.99 for 50 likes and $14.99 for 1,000 followers
Twicsy cons
- Personal, non-commercial use only under its terms
- No refills listed on the entry High Quality follower tier
- Delivered quantities are 'not guaranteed to you in any way'
- Fully delivered and confirmed orders cannot be refunded
- Targeted followers only on the $39.99 VIP tier
Twicsy pricing
Twicsy's Instagram likes start at $1.99 for 50, with 1,000 likes at $14.99 and Premium likes at $37.99 per 1,000. Followers come in three tiers per 1,000: High Quality at $14.99 (listed against a regular $18.99), Active at $22.99 and VIP at $39.99. Only Active and VIP include 30-day refills, and only VIP adds targeted followers. A free trial of 10 likes is available every 24 hours for public accounts.
Where Twicsy falls short
- Its terms restrict the service to personal, non-commercial use and expressly prohibit any commercial use of what it sells.
- The terms state the expected number of followers, likes and views 'is not guaranteed to you in any way'.
- The $14.99 High Quality follower tier lists no refills; 30-day refills begin at the $22.99 Active tier.
- Refunds are excluded once an order is fully delivered and confirmed, and repeat requests from one customer can be denied.
Who Twicsy suits, and why UpGrow is the better alternative
Twicsy suits a personal account that wants a cheap, one-time lift in likes or followers, or wants to try 10 free likes first, and has no plans to use the profile commercially. Choose UpGrow instead if you need refill cover on entry-level followers, sell anything through the account, or want monthly growth targeted to your audience.
Twicsy and UpGrow price their starter packs identically: $1.99 for 50 likes, $14.99 for 1,000 High-Quality followers and $22.99 for 1,000 Active followers. So the choice rests on cover, not cost. UpGrow followers come with an auto-refill warranty, and Active and VIP orders add 30-day refills, while Twicsy's entry follower tier lists none. UpGrow's 30-day money-back guarantee applies to one-time orders, and orders begin within 60 seconds with only your public username. There is no personal-use-only clause, so shops and creators can buy too. When one-off numbers stop being enough, UpGrow's growth plans target real followers by location, age, gender, language, interests or hashtags, and the Turbo plan adds a dedicated Instagram account manager.
Is Twicsy safe for your account?
Twicsy works from a username or post link and never asks for a password, but your account must stay public during delivery, and a disputed payment can lead it to reset all followers and likes and ban your IP. UpGrow's shop also needs only your public username, and its growth plans add real followers through targeted advertising and human-run micro-interactions.
