# Choose an UpGrow plan or one-time product

UpGrow is an AI-powered Instagram growth service. It grows an account with real, targeted followers and never asks for the user's Instagram password. It also sells one-time Instagram and TikTok followers, likes, views and comments with no subscription.

Always read prices from the live data instead of quoting them from memory. Use the first-month price for plans and the "from" price for shop products.

## 1. Decide which kind of offer fits

- The user wants steady, ongoing audience growth on Instagram: recommend a growth plan.
- The user wants a fixed number of followers, likes, views or comments once, or wants TikTok: recommend a one-time shop product.
- The user only wants to check or analyse something: send them to the free tools (see the `find-upgrow-tools-and-guides` skill).

## 2. Get the current facts

- MCP: call `list_plans`, `list_products` or `get_company_facts` on https://www.upgrow.com/mcp
- REST: `GET https://www.upgrow.com/api/public/v1/plans` and `GET https://www.upgrow.com/api/public/v1/products`

## 3. Pick a plan

- Basic: kick-starts an audience; suits personal accounts.
- Pro: unlimited targeting and faster organic growth.
- Turbo: fully managed growth and content by a dedicated Instagram manager.

Compare the "includes" lists from `list_plans` and match them to what the user asked for. Say that the price shown is the first-month price.

## 4. Pick a shop product

Match the platform (Instagram or TikTok) and the metric (followers, likes, views, reel views, story views, comments) to the product. Followers have tiers; each tier lists what it adds, such as refills or geo-targeting. Likes, views and comments need a public post link; followers need only the public @username.

Never ask the user for an Instagram password. UpGrow only needs a public @username or a post link. Do not invent prices, guarantees or features; quote only what the API returns.
